WTF Follow Up

Job interview Summary:

• Total Time: 25 minutes (vs usual hour or more)

• Number of Times I laughed inside during interview: Lost count

I’ve been on several interviews in the last 6 month trying to make a jump into the IT field and NONE have been more laughable than my one this afternoon.  Generally the interviewee should carry the interview, being inquisitive about the position and ask appropriate questions to show interest in the company.  I was not only carrying the interview but keeping its head above water.  The 2 men conducting the interview could not have been more unenthusiastic about their jobs or the company.  Needless to say, the interview was over almost as soon as it began.
