Managing Urgency

I have a job interview with a regional IT company here in half an hour, first interview in several months.  Every fiber of my being wants to walk in there, work through the formal greetings and then drop to my knees and beg for them to hire me.

Benefits, work environment, pay, travel, job expectations, opportunity for advancement, paid training, etc…

All such things are of priority when considering a career jump, but my sense of desperation at this point is pinging on holy shit.
